How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
If you purchased your subscription via iTunes/Apple store, please follow these instructions:
- Launch the settings app on your iPad or iPhone.
- Tap iTunes and App store
- Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
- Tap Subscriptions from the bottom of the page.
- Select Splash Math. If you don't see a Splash Math subscription and are still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.
- Tap the subscription you wish to cancel. You will either tap 1 Month, 3 Month, Or 1 Year depending on which subscription you purchased with us.
- Select Confirm. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

You can also cancel your subscription via Splash Math app by following these steps:
- Open the Splash Math app and go to home screen.
- On the home screen, tap the "gear icon"
and then "Settings" button

- Enter parent passcode to continue.
- On the settings page tap "Manage Subscriptions" and then "Cancel Subscription"
- Enter a reason for the cancellation and tap "Send"
- **IMPORTANT-DO NOT STOP HERE**-Your account is not yet canceled.
- You will be automatically redirected to your iTunes Subscriptions page. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
- Select Splash Math. If you don't see a Splash Math subscription and are still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.
- Tap the subscription you wish to cancel. You will either tap 1 Month, 3 Month, Or 1 Year depending on which subscription you purchased with us.
- Select Confirm. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Log in to your Splash Math account.
- Click on "Account" button in the right corner of the menu.
- In the dropdown menu, click on "Membership and Cards". You will be redirected to your membership details page.
- Here click on "Cancel My Subscription".
- Enter a reason for the cancellation and click "Confirm Cancellation". Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
